1. Nature of Our Services

Webblly provides digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) hosting subscriptions. Because our products are intangible digital services that are consumed immediately upon activation, physical returns are not applicable.

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard under Subscriptions. Upon cancellation:

  • Your services remain active and accessible until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • All hosted data and infrastructure are permanently deleted after the subscription expires.

3. Data Retrieval Before Cancellation

We strongly recommend exporting or backing up all of your data before your subscription ends. Once your subscription expires and resources are deprovisioned, data recovery is not possible. If you need assistance exporting your data, contact our support team before your subscription end date.

4. Relationship to Refund Policy

This Return Policy governs the cessation of service access. For information about monetary refunds on subscription fees, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases — such as technical failures on our end that permanently prevent service delivery — we will work with affected customers individually to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include extended service credits or a prorated refund at our discretion.
